Goal:
Jonathan will obtain necessary information from texts and other written material in order to complete assignments at an average of 75% or above in all core classes as measured by 100% of assignments completed in all classes with a 75% or better average assignment grade over a period of 6 weeks.
Objectives:
Jonathan will read assigned passages in all subject areas using reading stylus or recorded textbooks as measured by 90% or more assignments read as reported by student self-report with parent initial and case manager data collection over a period of 6 weeks.
Jonathan will increase his reading skills as measured by a score of 80% or above on one reading assessment per week using Study Island software over a period of 6 weeks.
